Gift Certificate Policy

1. Purchase and Redemption

• Gift certificates can be purchased for a specific dollar amount or for designated services. Ohana Mobile Spa will make every effort to provide service prices and assist prior to purchasing, however any add on treatments at the time of service or a balance for services rendered will be the responsibility of either the purchaser or the client and will be paid at the time of service.

• Certificates are redeemable only for mobile facial, beauty, and massage services provided by Ohana Mobile Spa.

• Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or used in combination with promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.​

2. Gift Certificates purchases for Location Specific Specials 

• Gift certificates are available for purchase for Location Specific Specials. These specials are exclusive to a certain neighborhood only. If a gift certificate is purchased for someone at the special rates the recipient must living withing the specified neighborhood. 

• Gift certificate purchasers do not need to live in the specified neighborhood to purchase a gift certificate for a resident who does live in the neighborhood.

 

2. Expiration and Validity

• Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

• Expired gift certificates are not eligible for redemption or extension, except as required by local laws.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• To redeem a gift certificate, the recipient must mention the certificate at the time of booking.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the gift certificate value.

4. Transferability

• Gift certificates are transferable to another recipient. Please notify Ohana Mobile Spa of the transfer in advance.

5. Fee

• Gift certificates are valid for services listed and depending on size of party and modifications or add on's to treatment booking, some fees may be applied. These fees will always be communicated to clients and are applicable in certain circumstances.

6. Lost or Stolen Certificates

• Gift certificates are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. Lost, stolen, or damaged certificates will not be replaced.

7. Refunds

• All gift certificate sales are final. Refunds are not available for purchased certificates.

​

8. Other Conditions

• Ohana Mobile Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• By purchasing or using a gift certificate, you agree to these terms.​
